Your pet can
only be accepted for boarding if it is in good health and you are able
to produce a Certificate or Pet Passport confirming your dogs inoculations are up to
date. No dog can be accepted for boarding unless it has been inoculated
against Distemper, Hepatitis, Rabies, Leptospirosis and Parvo Virus. Any
current or ongoing problems with a dogs health or temperament must be
notified at the time of booking.
-
We reserve the right to refuse any dog that we consider to be of an
unreliable temperament, or sick at the time of boarding. Should it
be necessary at our discretion for your animal to receive veterinary
attention whilst in our care
all fees incurred are the responsibility of the owner.
-
We reserve the right to immediately change the agreed type of
boarding/day care if we believe it is necessary to protect the health
and well being of your pet
-
We cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or bedding will be kept in the
same condition as brought in.
-
Whilst every possible attention is given to each dog boarded with us, it
is done entirely at the owners risk, as are dogs sharing accommodation.
Should we feel the need to separate them in the interest of the animals
own safety, accommodation charges will revert to full price.
-
We offer a long-term boarding discount of 10% off for stays exceeding
two weeks from day 15. We require a pre-payment (amount to be
determined) on ALL long-term agreements.
-
We may require payment of a deposit in cash
to secure your boarding reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation
at least 48 hours before your reserved date or failure to show up for
reservation, will result in a charge equal to ONE NIGHT of BOARDING.
-
You understand that there are risks involved with communal boarding.
Although we will offer all reasonable care we cannot make any absolute
guarantees due to the unpredictable nature of animals.
-
Animals will not be released to anyone other than the owner without
confirmation from the owner prior to boarding
